Refund Policy

At Tweeties Institute of Education, we strive to provide high-quality professional academic training programs. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our services and programs, we are committed to resolving them to the best of our ability, and within reasonable bounds.

At Tweeties Institute of Education, we address refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If a customer mistakenly places a double or duplicate order, we will issue a refund for the additional transaction.
• Course Unavailable or Discontinued: If, after purchase, a course becomes unavailable before commencement, we will refund the purchase amount in full. If the course is discontinued by us mid-way, we will refund the amount on a pro-rata basis for the remaining duration.
• Defective or Missing Items: If you receive defective items in the form of books, worksheets, or any physical learning material, we will replace them for free. If any such item is not delivered to you and missing, we will ensure that you receive it within 10 working days from the day of your intimation to us. However, no refund will be provided in any case.
