Practical

  • Explore and comprehend various policies relevant to preschool education.
  • Develop financial management skills: Participants will be tasked with formulating a budget for a hypothetical preschool program aligned with their envisioned dream preschool.
  • Engage in a project: “Plan your dream school,” including considerations for space, interior design, classrooms (number and type), budget allocation, and outdoor/indoor facilities.
  • Create a comprehensive syllabus.
  • Develop a developmentally appropriate curriculum spanning one month, tailored for Nursery (Nur), Junior Kindergarten (Jr.Kg), and Senior Kindergarten (Sr.Kg).
  • Conduct research: Meet with two educators from the field and present a detailed study comparing franchisee and non-franchisee approaches, including insights into their work, financial aspects, teaching methodologies, and more.

Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their learning and to receive feedback from peers and instructors. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation in preschool management principles and will have had the opportunity to practice and apply these principles in real-world scenarios.
